As a clinician, I strive to meet the needs of my patients. My goal is to provide evidence-based recommendations and resources, as well as strategies and tools, that I am qualified to provide.

As a Masters Level Psychologist, Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP), I am supervised by a fully Licensed Psychologist (Dr. Crystal Young). My training was completed at Capella University, the Harold Abel School of Psychology. I completed my internship under the supervision of Dr. Young with an emphasis on assessment administration for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Learning Disabilities. I am a child/teen/young adult psychologist specializing in working with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral health needs. I have also been passionate about working with minority populations.

I am fluent in both English and Spanish and I am pleased to extend my services to Spanish speaking families. 

I am also a wife, a mother to a busy toddler and Halloween cat. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening, cooking, and exploring new towns.
