These approaches help promote a more comfortable mindset, healthier lifestyle, and improve relationships with others. Approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered and Strength-Based.



My consultative approach provides individuals and families with initial support or ongoing support.



I offer comprehensive psychological testing that helps provide further information related to possible Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning challenges, anxiety, depression, as well as behavioral support.
